Commonly called 'Nylon', Golden Synthetic has some unique characteristics in that its retention, snap and spring are all superb. They are 100% Vegan Friendly.
This Pointed Filbert, also know as Pointed Cat's tongues, have a good body to the brush and a silhouette of extruded nylon reaching out longer than a typical cats tongue to allow flow and precision. They are wonderful for petal shapes when pressure is applied making these a lovely botanical brush. If you want a filbert with a sharp point, look no further!
A favourite for fine lines (when worked on the edge), botanical painters, for hair and portratiure too.
This brush works well in Watercolours, Oils, Acrylics, Water mixable Oils & gouache though they are most favoured by watercolourists and oil portraiture artists.
